Northants and Metro To Meet In BBS Cup Final

On Saturday 4th September Northants Steelbacks and London Metro will face each other in the final of the BBS Primary Club Heindrich Swanepoel Memorial Cup.

The game, being held at The Northamptonshire County Cricket Ground, will see Northants try to win the trophy for the first time having only even reached the semi finals once before. Northants beat Kent Spitifres by 106 runs and Sussex Sharks by 4 wickets in their quarter and semi final matches.

Metro will be looking to defend the trophy that they won for a record 17th time in 2019, they’ve beaten Somerset VICC by 10 wickets & Lancashire Lions by 5 wickets to reach the final.

The bar at the ground will be open throughout the day and up until 8pm. Food can be purchased in the bar/restaurant area of the ground.
