Worked as a Play Officer with Redditch Play Council and then spent 15 years at Redditch YMCA before moving to Worcestershire County Council as a Commissioning
Manager and then joined Young Solutions in 2017.
Adoptive parent of two children who began involvement with BCEW when his VI child started playing cricket; currently enjoys taking part in charity runs and enjoys the local weekly pub quiz.
