Profile

Lancashire are undoubtedly blind cricket’s most multicultural club and also have the broadest age range of players in the game.

Led by captain and coach Sheraz Chohan, the club do development work across the county with both male and female players, players with dual disabilities and anyone of any age who has a visual impairment and wants to play cricket. They have also excelled in youth development listing more than a dozen juniors in their current squad.

Lancashire rose through the blind cricket system rapidly spending just one season in the development league before joining national competition. A fifth-placed finish in their first season showed that they can compete with anyone.
